Whether you're thinking of updating or changing just one room or your entire home we help to create a home that's a pleasure to be in and to return home to at the end of the day. We understand that you'll probably have furniture that needs to be incorporated into any new design scheme and we work with you to declutter, redecorate and accessorise to create a fresh new look.
We will be happy to visit your home for an initial discussion, with no obligation, so that we can discuss your specific needs and recommend the best services for you Our Home Makeover service is for everyone who would like some design advice on how to create a new look but who doesn't want to employ an interior designer. We are aware that any design scheme will need to incorporate the furniture that you already own and you will have a definite budget in mind.
Verbal Evaluation of One Room
£75.00
We visit your home for a 2 hour meeting to review how you use your living space, the furniture we need to incorporate and discuss the overall look and feel you want to achieve. We have been trained to look out for those areas in your home that with small changes we can easily refresh. We may suggest some general decluttering, moving pieces of furniture to redefine rooms and recommend new colour schemes and accessories. We use magazine cuttings, paint charts and sketch drawings to enable you to visualise our ideas.
Two Day Mini Makeover
£450.00 per room(including £100.00 of accessories)
Makeover days can be great fun, especially if you get friends or family help out. We make an initial visit to your home to discuss what is achievable in a two-day makeover. During this visit we evaluate your use of the space, placement of furniture and discuss the overall look and feel you want to achieve from the makeover. We may recommend that some general decluttering is needed before we begin so that the makeover is as effective as possible. With planning it is usually possible to paint one room or feature wall during the day and a fresh coat of paint, re organisation and some new accessories are usually all that are needed to quickly refresh and 'lift' a room. After our initial visit we'll send you a checklist and schedule of work for the day and a list of items that we would suggest you should purchase.
Our team arrive on the first day and leave your new room ready to use at the end of the second day. Interior Design Services

Full Consultation & Design Boards
Furniture, Decor, Furnishings, Lighting & Accessories

Following the verbal consultation we prepare a detailed written and illustrated document that includes photographs and design recommendations. The document reports on each area of the room and uses photographs to highlight our recommendations. We will also provide colour samples, layout plans and a lighting plan. If required we will also obtain quotes from tradespersons for any jobs needed. We work with you on space planning, creation of colour and decorating schemes, we source the best and most appropriate furnishings and fabrics, produce budget plans, recommend contractors and work with them to produce a schedule of works for your project.
Whatever your requirements, we aim to create unique interiors that are a careful balance between design and functionality that always meet the brief in terms of visual impact and adherence to budget. Our first consultation with you is always FREE and we visit your home to discuss your ideas and design preferences for your new scheme. From that meeting we will prepare a list of tasks and actions we anticipate will be needed to complete your project together with a budget estimate for our consultation fees. We will be happy to meet you for an initial meeting, with no obligation, to discuss your requirements and the budget you have available. Project Management
At HouseSpa we are experienced in engaging and managing tradesmen and contractors. We will identify which skills are needed to complete your decorating or refurbishment project and will introduce trusted contractors. We can oversee and control all contact with the contractors but for ease of financial planning we recommend that contracts are drawn up directly between our clients and the contractors themselves. We will of course provide an estimate of the project management time prior to commencing the project. £30.00 per hour (minimum of 4 hours, can be spread over a number of days)
